Anime Character Maker 2.1

A character designer rather than a game, and unusually deep for a browser toy. You build a figure piece by piece — features, hair, clothing, color on every layer — with a palette for each element and a reset for when a choice goes wrong. A dice button randomises, and it is worth using carefully: randomising colors reaches shades the palettes do not offer, but randomising everything at once almost never produces anything you would keep. The appeal is the fiddling, and there is a great deal of it.
