Little Dentist

Six children in the chair and a tray of tools, each one for exactly one kind of mess: the drill is for black cavities, a flick clears the green gunk, little circles buff yellow tartar, and orange stains come off with a scrub left and right. Little Dentist punishes the wrong tool immediately — the child jumps, which is the only feedback it needs to give. Rinse, dry, next patient. Fix all six and Endless mode opens, where the clock keeps running and the only thing that helps is knowing the tools.
